Monsterweb Planner system actively involves parents into the system. They have their own login and access pages. They can track their child’s information and can make the payment. Our main goal is also giving the complete instant information of child details to their parent anytime.
The school admin is able to add and assign parent of a student. If the parent is not already registered into the system, he will be prompted to signup via email invitation. The system is able to distinguish the guardian as father, mother, step father, step mother, Uncle, aunt and other relation. Based on this, the system is able to identify the siblings. This information is used by the system in aspects.
Once their account is created, they can setup their credit card or paypal for the automatic bill payment if their child. The school admin has complete control of the pages that are accessible to the parents.
